DIGITAL COLLECTIBLES
Our products are digital collectible cards supplied through your Vatoxe Vault customer account. A physical fragrance or parcel is not included. No physical return is needed.

CANCELLING A PURCHASE
UK consumers normally have 14 days after entering into a contract for digital content to cancel without giving a reason.

Your cancellation right ends when digital supply begins during that period only if, before supply begins, you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose that cancellation right. We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement in a format you can keep.

Supplying a card without meeting those requirements does not, by itself, remove your cancellation right. This policy does not itself collect your consent.

To cancel, email vatoxeshop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear cancellation request. You may use the optional form below, but do not have to.

MISSING, FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED CARDS
If a purchased card is missing, faulty or does not match its description, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. This may include repair or replacement and, where required, a price reduction or refund.

These rights remain even where a right to cancel has ended.

REFUND PROCESS
For a valid cancellation of digital content, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation.

For a refund due under the UK digital-content remedies, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days after agreeing that you are entitled to it.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not charge a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

When a digital purchase is validly cancelled or fully refunded, access to that purchase in My Vault will end as part of reversing the purchase. This does not affect any separate purchase that remains valid.

OTHER CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
