DIGITAL PURCHASES
A purchase supplies the digital collectible described on its product page and access to it through My Vault, subject to its stated terms. A physical fragrance is not included.
The product page describes the design, rarity, any stated supply limit, and relevant requirements or restrictions. Checkout shows the total price, including applicable taxes and charges, before you pay. Your order confirmation records the purchase.
The serial, rarity and any limited supply attached to a card are those stated in its product description and purchase confirmation.
ACCOUNT AND COLLECTION
Use the customer account associated with your purchase to access your collection. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
A delivered paid card, including its serial where provided, is recorded in My Vault. A valid cancellation or full refund ends access to the purchase being reversed.
LICENCE AND ARTWORK
Unless the product page expressly provides broader rights, your purchase permits personal collecting and displaying through the supported service. It does not transfer copyright, trademark ownership or commercial reproduction rights.
Names and brand marks belong to their respective owners. Vatoxe Vault is an independent project. Affiliation or endorsement should only be understood to exist where expressly stated.
FEATURES AND TRANSFERS
Only features described as available at the time of purchase form part of that purchase. Features labelled “coming soon”, including future trading or battle features, are development plans.
A purchase does not guarantee a resale price or profit. Any future transfer feature will have its own published rules when available.
ACCESS AND CHANGES
The hosted Vault requires an internet connection and a compatible browser. Product-specific requirements and limits will be stated before purchase.
We may maintain or update the service. A material change affecting a paid purchase will be communicated, and we will provide any remedy required by law. Updates to these terms do not retrospectively remove the rights attached to a completed purchase.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use the service unlawfully, access someone else’s account without permission, impersonate another customer, interfere with the service, obtain unpaid cards by exploiting an error, or distribute unauthorised copies of protected artwork.
Where a restriction is needed to protect the service or other customers, we will explain it where lawful and provide a way to contact support. A restriction does not remove mandatory rights relating to a paid purchase.
DELIVERY, CANCELLATIONS AND PROBLEMS
Our Digital delivery policy and Return and refund policy explain delivery, cancellation and remedies. For a missing card, access issue or other purchase problem, email vatoxeshop@gmail.com with your order number.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections where you live remain applicable.
